Training is focused on improving all aspects of your game to become a complete player. Get faster, stronger & Improve your technical ability with the ball.
Strength, Agility, Power, Endurance, Dribbling, Passing, Shooting.
Goalkeepers are welcome as well.
Different workout everyday focusing on different areas of your game.
Ages: U-12 to College (U-20)
Training time: 9 am to 12:30 pm
