1.  Company organizing the promotion

The company Katy International Sports Complex LLC (hereinafter KatyISC) organizes for promotional purposes the draw to be carried out through Instagram with the help of a live draw platform on its Instagram account. The promotion is exclusive for users over 18 years of age in accordance with the provisions of the conditions for participation section.

Promotion starts and end date:

The promotion will start on July 1st, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. and will end on July 9th, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.

The draw will be held live on July 9th through the @katyisc Instagram account at 11:00 a.m.

Winners of free rental hours will be communicated by Instagram direct message.

2. Participation requirements

Those who are over 18 years of age and who have an active Instagram account can participate.

3. The mechanics of the promotion will be as follows:

Participants must be followers of the @katyisc account, like the post and leave a comment tagging 3 friends in the giveaway post.

Each comment counts as a participation, there is no limit of times to comment.

Entries from accounts that violate the Instagram community rules or that present characteristics of fraudulent or fake accounts will not be counted.

4. General conditions of the promotion and prizes:

A winner of one hour of free rental on the 7v7 court and one winner of one hour of free rental on the 5v5 court will be chosen, these rental hours will be designated after coordination with the KatyISC Administration, the winners will be designated through the random drawing carried out through the App Sorteos platform or similar on July 9, 2022. It will be communicated through IG Stories.

5. Limitations

If it becomes evident that any of the participants does not meet the requirements of the rules, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this promotion.

The following people will not be able to participate in the promotion:

• Natural persons who participate directly or indirectly in the creation of the promotion.

• Any other natural person who has participated directly or indirectly in the organization of this draw or has been directly or indirectly involved in its preparation or development.
